[Bug]: Incorrect Model Provider Logo Shown in Model Selection Dropdown

Steps to reproduce

On a new install, after not connecting OpenAI, but connecting Claude Code, the default model is Fable 5 (or was for me depending on my current usage). All I had to do was start a new project.

Expected behavior

Model + Provider should match.

Actual behavior

Claude Fable 5 shows with an OpenAI Logo.

Restarting the app or re-picking the model.
