[Bug]: Newly created directories are not detected until T3 Code is restarted

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the app with t3code
2. Run mkdir <some-dir>
3. Click "Add Project"
4. Search for <some-dir>

<some-dir> does not show up until restart.

Expected behavior

The directory that was made should be visible after creation.

Actual behavior

The directory is not visible when trying to create a new sesion.
