[Bug]: image/heic error for Claude Code crashes the turn

Steps to reproduce

Copying a screenshot from your iPhone and pasting it. Or paste any other .heic image file.

Expected behavior

The image should be converted automagically to a supported format, or the error should be handled gracefully.

Actual behavior

The turn breaks. Can't dismiss the error, and can't hit the stop button to end the turn.

Workaround

Need to force quit the app, open it, and only then am I able to stop the turn.
