Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently TiDB defined sequences are not synchronized by TiCDC. This means that during a DR failover or test, customers have to manually create the sequences needed at the remote failover location. This takes significant time during their DR exercises and can lead to them failing to meet their target RTO.

Describe the feature you'd like

TiCDC should support synchronizing of sequences to help customers speed up their recoveries.
