tidb-operator/examples/basic-cn/tidb-cluster.yaml
中alpine的镜像地址还是默认地址，不是ucloud地址，导致镜像拉取缓慢或者失败。

Thanks for your report. Can you try to use uhub.service.ucloud.cn/library/busybox:1.24 from ucloud hub?
