Add endpoint similar to pimcore_admin_dataobject_dataobjecthelper_loadobjectdata

see original implementation: https://github.com/pimcore/admin-ui-classic-bundle/blob/2.x/src/Controller/Admin/DataObject/DataObjectHelperController.php#L63

This should be somehow done when grid data service is finished
