Add flag to force reading text version of HTML part

For now, the default behaviour of the message read command is to show a readable version of the message: if it contains a non-empty plain part, use it, otherwise use a text version of the HTML part. But when you receive a good HTML part with a wrong fake plain part containing just "OK", there is no option at the moment to force the text version of the HTML part.
