VideoToolBox Issue

Configuration: CocoaPods
Version: 3.4.4
Device: iPhone 12
Xcode: 12.4

If I don't use VideoToolBox, there is no problem with the screen rendering, but I want to use VideoToolBox because the CPU usage increases.

As shown in the sample below, there is a choppy in the screen rendering. How can you solve it?

I don't see the rendering problem in your video, can you elaborate on that?
