How to add a per-row link/button to open a related table prefiltered by FK?

On a list view (e.g., Author), I’d like each row to have a link or button that opens another table’s list view (e.g., Book) already filtered by a foreign key (e.g., Book.author == this Author). Essentially, a “View books” action per author that navigates to Book with the filter applied. Is it possible to achieve that?

@danmysak This is not possible at the moment as far as I know. There is a PR for custom actions, but it's staled. The only thing you can do now is filter by foreign key
