No Sound

Bug description

I cannot hear any sound from me as a presenter. Any other sound that comes from the computer I can hear on the replay. I dont know if I am doing something wrong.

Steps To Reproduce

Record a video
Watch Video Replay
Listen for sound from myself as a presenter

Environment including version

Hey @antwaneaves, thanks for trying Beesy, could you please let us know a few things:

• Did this issue start happening in recent version of Beesy ? was it not happening in earlier Beesy version?
• Can you please fill the missing info in the issue in Environment including version section?
• When you first start Beesy recording, a page opens up which asks for permission to allow mic recording, did you select yes or no there?

I am new to Beesy so I am using the most recent version.
When the permission page pops up I press allow Mic Recording.

• Beesy: v0.0.14
• OS: Mac OS 14.4.1 (23E224)
• Browser: Google Chrome
• Media Player: Elmedia Player

@antwaneaves Thanks for providing the details.

• Could you please try playing the video in vlc media player ?
• Could you please try re-installing the extension after uninstalling?
• And if it still doesn't work, do you mind sharing a screen recording or phone recording while running Beesy, so we can try to figure out what's the problem?
