Allow users to access the supporting studies used in the synthetic tree we use

Open Tree of Life sends us a list of supporting studies for the induced subtree that we used to resolve the phyloreference. We should report this in the user interface somewhere. Apart from providing provenance information on the phylogeny provided, it provides a source for individual phylogenies -- which is something we could use to demo Klados.
