User suggestion from Play Store comment:

A nice feature would be to have an option to store the scanned barcode numbers for "delayed transmission" to pc. - As it is now, the app device, the cd's, and the pc have to all be in the same location. Not too convenient if cd's are in one room and pc is in another. Just a suggestion.

Probably in general a scanning history, and an offline mode that just gathers barcodes for later mass submission.
