My browser is set to Chinese. When I visit https://www.php.net/releases/8.5/index.php, it should redirect to https://www.php.net/releases/8.5/zh.php, but it currently goes to https://www.php.net/releases/8.5/en.php

The local development environment is working properly.

Maybe it's because I'm accessing it through a VPN; as soon as I turn off the VPN, the page redirects normally.
