Bug: finfo/mime_content_type fails with errno=21 "Is a directory" on all files (HTTP context only)

### What happened?


## Environment

- **FrankenPHP version**: v1.9.1
- **PHP version**: 8.4.14 (ZTS)
- **Caddy version**: v2.10.2
- **OS**: Debian GNU/Linux 13 (trixie) / Linux 5.15.0-164-generic
- **libmagic version**: 5.46
- **Worker mode**: NO (standard embed mode)
- **Container runtime**: Docker with overlay2

## Description

After running for an extended period (~45 days), `finfo` and `mime_content_type()` start failing with `errno=21 Is a directory` on **all files** when called via HTTP requests. The bug does NOT occur when running the same code via CLI (`php -r`).

### Critical observation

The bug affects **every file**, including system files like `/etc/passwd` and `/etc/hosts`. It's not related to specific file paths or special characters.

### Explicit magic file also fails differently

When specifying the magic file explicitly:

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Run FrankenPHP in a Docker container (without worker mode)
2. Let it run for an extended period (in our case ~45 days, but may vary)
3. Call `mime_content_type('/etc/passwd')` via an HTTP request
4. Observe: Error `Read of 8192 bytes failed with errno=21 Is a directory`

## Minimal Reproduction Code

## Important findings

### 1. CLI vs HTTP difference

The **same code** on the **same container**:
- Via CLI (`php -r "..."`): ✅ Works perfectly
- Via HTTP (FrankenPHP): ❌ Fails with errno=21

### 2. Two identical environments, different behavior

We have two environments with identical setup:
- **Production**: Bug occurs
- **Training**: Bug does NOT occur

Both have:
- Same FrankenPHP version (v1.9.1)
- Same PHP version (8.4.14)
- Same Docker image
- Same uptime (~45 days)
- Same deleted CWD issue (`/proc/self/cwd` → deleted directory)
- Same file being tested

The only difference is traffic volume (production has more requests).

### 3. CWD (deleted) is NOT the cause

Both environments show:

But training works fine despite this, so the deleted CWD is not the root cause.

### 4. The error message is misleading

The error says "Is a directory" but:
- `is_file()` returns `true`
- `is_dir()` returns `false`
- `filetype()` returns `"file"`
- `stat()` shows regular file (mode 100644)

Something internal to libmagic/finfo is getting a directory file descriptor somehow.

## Hypothesis

There appears to be some internal state corruption in how FrankenPHP/PHP handles the finfo/libmagic integration over extended runtime periods under HTTP context. The corruption:

1. Does not affect standard file operations (fopen, fread, stat)
2. Only affects finfo/mime_content_type
3. Only manifests in HTTP context, not CLI
4. May be related to request count or memory state

## Questions

1. Is there any known interaction between FrankenPHP's Go runtime and PHP's finfo extension?
2. Could there be file descriptor leakage or corruption in the CGI/embed bridge?
3. Are there any recommended practices for long-running FrankenPHP processes?

## Additional context

- The bug has occurred multiple times on different production instances
- Restarting the container resolves the issue (temporarily)
- We cannot reliably predict when the bug will occur
