Changes in root files doesnot reflect to Platform directories Phonegap

Im trying to make changes in the root www directory of a Phonegap ios project but unfortunately the are not reflecting in any of the platform directories. A day before it was working fine. I am using Phonegap cli v. 8.0.0

I ve also tried my luck using

phonegap serve  

phonegap prepare 

but none of them made it work. whenever i make change in files under root www my browser reloads but changes are not reflected on any of the platform not event he browser.
