Windows + Python example

Congrats for this repo which seems very useful.

For adoption, it would be great to have a sample Python example on how to use it on a basic example, would you have such an example?

By the way, are there binaries ready to use as DLL for Windows? (or better, directly with Python pip : pip install sqlite-zstd)
