Support editing entries in the "adhoc" format

When building the Mawl static site mode, I tweaked the importer to support "ad hoc" markdown: yaml front matter followed by markdown, and no enforced directory structure. Wherever the file is is what gets exported.

But I'd like to use the existing editor for writing these entries!
