in the latest version, you should correct the file
yii2fullcalendar\MomentAsset.php at line 18
public $sourcePath = '@bower/moment';
replace with
public $sourcePath = '@bower/fullcalendar/dist/moment';

Or you can add "bower-asset/moment" to require section of your composer.json file.
