People want IPS patches very badly, so allowing users to export a spritesheet along with the IPS patch should help (or both in a zip) should help users on mobile.

idea: just bundle stealth patch and add the ability to select a vanilla rom and sheets for each character, then write a new rom, and run stealth patch from command line to execute all that. Then delete the modded ROM, leaving vanilla and IPS.
