Proposal:

Master issues ASSISTME command (via "/assistme" or a key binding).
Slaves edit macro to "/assist Master".
User presses to cause slaves to run macro.

Limitations:

ASSISTME command cannot run in combat (cannot edit macros).
Requires key broadcasting software.

May simply be better to auto-assist party leader, or add that as an option.
