Interesting thread from Nathan Grubaugh on problems submitting B.1.621 sequences to GISAID because of a characteristic indel: https://twitter.com/NathanGrubaugh/status/1420797454782402560 - this led to GISAID adding a list of "known indels" to ease submission.

There was a suggestion to add this to the section on submitting data.
