Move profile settings to a top-line menu item

Right now the settings are per-profile, there isn't one for "Guest", and you can change the settings for any user from any user, plus the fact that there are settings is not particularly discoverable.

A better UI for this is to add a settings icon next to the stats icon, which opens the per-profile settings of the current profile.
