clarify commercial use in terms of service

The terms of service are unclear on commercial usage.

Do you allow using http://paintschainer.preferred.tech to colorize an image for a company blog? The terms of service 9.2 (prohibited matters) state "Commercial usage and other acts…": does that forbid re-selling access to your tool or using the colored images commercially?

Do you allow creating free licensed images (GPL/cc by-sa/cc by) using your pre-trained model?

(as a sidenote: I really like the results of paintschainer with my handdrawn sketches, so I would be very, very happy if you would allow this!)
