Rename List-based functions to use the domain of Value #7

Because FileMaker uses ValueCount and GetValue when working with List based items, I think we should standardize on the term Value

This means functions like ListAddRemove would become ValueToggle and ListValueExists would become ValueExists.

What do you think?
