jTradfri reconnect

After a crash and restart on the IKEA Gateway, jTradfri doesn't reconnect to the IKEA Gateway.
For reset from inside FHEM please create a command in jTradfri to reset the socket and reconnect to IKEA Gateway.

I had similar issues in the past and no indications something failed.
I would be happy to be able to probe the JTradfri Gateway via Nagios/OMD to get a hint if something fails.

Is there any possibiliy to add some health check poll? Below should outline the idea.
