default helm configs gives containers with incomplete status: [mongo-init]

After installing the helm chart with the default configs i get for pod percona-mongo-db-rs0-0 > Containers with incomplete status: [mongo-init]

I checked the operator logs but can not make any sense of where is issue is.

Anyone has advice on where to look to narrow down the issue?

Hello @grinono, could you please provide more details like the chart version (psmdb-db and psmdb-operator) and also the commands that you run, so we can try to narrow down.
