Based on https://docs.percona.com/percona-operator-for-mysql/pxc/backup-tutorial.html#configure-backup-storage it seems it should be possible to set storages.<NAME>.s3.prefix and the operator seems to support it https://github.com/percona/percona-xtradb-cluster-operator/blob/bcbeb0d97b86366feca441ed3017698d5d742338/pkg/pxc/backup/storage/storage.go#L173 however it does not appear to be supported via helm for percona/pxc-db chart
