Position and Scale of points and surface are different

Hi @peisuke,

Thanks for this great code. After running train_toy_3d.py and predict_toy_3d.py, I realize the scale and position of the points and the generated surface are different. How can I correctly align the points and the generated surface in terms of positon and scale?
