Sometime same event is created twice by BOS. There were few rare cases it even created thrice.
Even though issue is not consistent , it is observed often.
Reported in : Alice

Acceptance Criteria
Given an event in upcoming or in-progress state
When the event is postponed or canceled
Then the event should be canceled on Bookie as well

The issue is not reproducible with cancel.

Remotes don't have postpone option. How about creating postpone call in remotes?
