i18n - next-intl refactoring #51

The actual implementation of i18n is not working well

It is essential to remake this integration with the latest next-intl docs and make it work through the whole project.

What must be done:
update
basic settings (routes.ts, i18n.ts etc) - all from latest docs
middlaware.ts
all routings ( Link, router.push etc.)
