Suggestion: Thread indicators

One nice thing about Phanpy.social is indicators that show a post is threaded (regardless of whether "1/" is in the post). It'd be cool to see Ouranos do this too

Thanks @electricduck, this looks useful. I plan to make some big changes to the timeline so threaded posts are grouped nicely, so I'll experiment with thread indicators when I start working on that
