Atom phone not uploading data to Nightscout #277

  • Uploader Version Number: 0.1.13
  • Your Android Phone Model Name :unihertz Atom
  • Android Version Number : 9
  • Network Connection at the time the issue occurred (Wi-Fi, Mobile): Wifi
  • (if relevant) Nightscout website version (e.g. 0.8.4 Funnel cake, master / dev branch):

Brief Explanation of Issue

I was using Samsung Galaxy S7, it is working fine. now I want to move to smaller setup like unihertz Atom which is supported by Nightscout as I read in the files here.

when I connect the OTG cable, USB is detected, but no data and no Upload appears.

Can anyone support ?

btw, I tried many mini phones, all the same issue so I got an approved phone from the list. I think it is because of the version of Nightscout since my S7 works fine with newer app version.

This may be a cable issue. Try another OTG cable and ideally a different brand.
