Hi
Is it possible to download from medtronic 640g the basal true (not average) injection timestamp and export is to Xdrip?
example:
4U full day basal (child) / 24 Hours = 0.167 u / hour
0.167 u / hour / 0.025 u = 6.68 injections in 1 hour

Greetings
Luis

The uploader will only use what is available from the pump and knows nothing about the timing of standard basal delivery microboluses (except for 670G automode one). Saying that it could be potentially synthesized but there are many dynamic factors that effect the data. Unfortunately xDrip does not handle basals very well (or at all) though it's been a while since I've looked. xDrip also does not handle some of the dynamic behaviors needed to truly emulate the pump whereas a nightscout for the most part does.

Something to note with pumps and why they are generally not approved by manufacturers for young children: When say a basal for 20U per day is programmed the pump will deliver around 20U, it could be a little less/more due to the physical nature of motors and gears and so on. Being off slightly with that 20U will not make much difference but for a child on a low basal even a small error can have a big effect.

You probably know this and want the precise injection times and counts for basals. This info is not available. Additionally even if it was it would still have some level of imprecision.
