Describe the solution you'd like. ✈️

Instead of relying on Adyen to keep it's payment method type images up to date, we should publish a first party one.

What problem will this solve? 🔥

It's kind of weird/confusing to have an Adyen url as the default value for the logo column of the payment_types table.

Which version(s) should this be pointed at?
