APIs' are not working

Hi I have setup backend, setup the DB_URL also.
Now guide me for API functionality. I am not able to see any product ,Admin,dashboard nothing. Simple screen is running,

@18gaurav2021 can you provide the link to your git repository please, if it is possible. It would be very helpful, because i'm stuck at the stripe configuration, geniunely can't find the solution:(
