Maintainer for jekyll-tagging needed

Hi everybody,

as you can see in this issue list, I'm not doing a good job as a maintainer of this repo (or any other repo). I just don't code much in the last years.
Since jekyll-tagging is still used by some people who deserve good maintained software, I'm looking for someone who would like to do the job.
