React 19 followup: update <any> types

Describe the enhancement or change
Followup to #11508 where a codemod was ran and updated several ReactElement to ReactElement<any>, we should update those instances to a better type.

Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?

Removing from the React 19 roadmap since this isn't really dependent on upgrading to React 19, just a followup to some codemods that were ran for React 19 work.
