Why does it take so long to init pipeline?

Hi everyone,
I wonder why it takes so much time to initialize the pipeline for single QG task(~7sec on GPU on GC), comparing to fast question generation time (~2sec). I would like to speed up this process if it's possible, maybe someone here had similar problem and how how to fix it?

I'm currently working on one of the forks (autocards) and am very interested in knowing what's taking this long too. Especially as I'm only using a subset of the script.

I hope someone can shed some light on this.
