VS2013 agressively keeps minimized

I'm using your extension already for long time. Since a few week, maybe after updating to the recent version 2.1.7, it causes the VS2013 to keep minimized. It can only be restored using Task Manager.
I've verified, after disabling the extension, VS2013 is restored simply by click on the task bar, as expected.
I did not found a relation to the configuration of the extension. Also with "orig_title" the problem is there.
I'm using VS2013 Update 4 on Windows 8.1.

Same here with VS 2015 Update 3 on Windows 10. I could also verify that this behaviour is caused by the title changer.
