macOS: Menu icon may randomly disappear until app restart

I sense a SwifUI bug here. Could you reproduce the issue consistently? Because I couldn't.

So killing passe-partout and then restarting makes it invisible,

I have it on auto start, whenever I reboot it starts with a blank icon again, that’s my way (2 times in a row) to reproduce

Killing as in killall Passepartout or how? I never reproduce it that way. I'm on macOS 15.
