No Notification for jobs of type XPath?

Hi,
websites checked by job type "Visual Snapshots" create SMTP notifications as expected.
But when I try to check only on certain XPath, I cannot get any notifications.
Job History shows there are changes, but no notifications are sent. Test button also doesn´t create notifications.

I don´t know how to find the cause of this behaviour. Is it a known issue?
