Handlers not in root directory

I have an API using the gin http library with my handlers inside the internal directory. The handler go doc comments aren't being picked up by the parser. Is there a special flag I need to use for it to look inside child directories for handlers? This is the command I am using

go-swagger3 --module-path . --output oas.json --schema-without-pkg --generate-yaml true

I've discovered the answer. I did not have all the required comments. Namely the @Route comment among others. I must have missed the list of required comment directives. Regardless, this has been solved.
