Actually we had a button to create a demo event in the admin page of the very first version of PARTAKE. |

It would be better to create a demo page on server starting phase if it does not exist. |

generated event is almost same to the current official one (http://partake.in/events/ff24c3ad-98b6-4fe3-b2be-68d220d6a866), but this event has no images and backgrounds. And this demo has no editor like @mayahjp.

test case will fail if we create User like previous implementation. to make test stable, we need to check @partakein user and reuse it.

previous test data is incorrect, we need to correct it to help that DemoEventCreator reuses UserTwitterLink instance.
