Account Activity API replacing Streams #99

Hi, I was looking into the user streams and noticed that streams are being replaced by the Account Activity API. (They provide this migration guide.)

I was just wondering if you had this on your radar, and if this is something you plan to support or if its outside the scope of ExTwitter.

Developers should migrate to the relative API endpoint as described below by August 16th, 2018.
