Pure HTML5 / CSS version

I think a pure HTML5 / CSS version with the same CC0 license would help quite a few people like myself with simplistic websites. I have already made a CC0-licensed version with pure CSS working with the Eleventy (11ty) static generator: https://github.com/brodybits/printable-architect-starter-theme
