mirrored monitor colour correction failed

image_display can only show a image on one monitor correctly.
Thus it should inform users about e.g. mirrored setups.
The module should identify the situation and send a error message,
which can be captured by a application or service to display some
warning. E.g. a broken Icon.

Stalled to a window server which provides an API to access per output color correction.
