RFD 27 appears out of date

The version of RFD 27 I see at https://rfd.shared.oxide.computer/rfd/0027 is the one in master. This is so even though there is a 0027 branch along with an active PR for that branch, and the one in master is just a skeleton in prediscussion. I can't tell why this might be as there are other RFDs in a similar state that show up on the site and the generated README.md in the repo points to the right one.

Looking in to why this is. While the RFD should not exist on the master branch when in the prediscussion state, our backend tooling should be able to figure this out.
