Explain the Problem

Owncloud returns error:
Some files have not passed the integrity check. Further information on how to resolve this issue can be found in our documentation. (List of invalid files… / Rescan…)

    • OC\IntegrityCheck\Exceptions\InvalidSignatureException
    • Signature data not found.

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what you did to encounter the issue

1. Install the news app as directed using news.tar.gz package
2. Uncompress the news package to owncloud/apps/
3. Change the ownership and group of news folder to www-data

System Information

• News app version: 8.8.0
• ownCloud version: 10.0.2
• PHP version: 7.0.22
• Database and version: MySQL
• Browser and version: Firefox
• Distribution and version: Ubuntu 16.04

Also, I cannot find News in owncloud Market or Apps menu, is it working as intended?

The app is currently only maintained for nextcloud.
