Ability to deploy through CDS a hubot instance for a group.
This instance will be linked to a hubot adapter (xmpp, hipchat, slack...)
This instance will be linked to a cds group with a token

CDS will send to hubot all events related to the group
hubot should be able to trigger workflow, get the status etc...
