On windows and anaconda "'pyosmium-get-changes' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file." Linux and wsl2 work fine, but commands don't work in windows.

I did a quick check of our Windows wheel packages and they don't seem to be the problem here. The scripts are correctly installed according to the CI and executable.

You need to ask anaconda support to find out what happens to the scripts. They do their own packaging. We are not involved.
